D3+ Competitive 5's Team L/F Players.

So basically I want to create a competitive ranked 5s team where people are actually playing. This is not one of those bogus ridiculous teams where people say "LCS", we try our best and grow with synergy, grind solo q together and hopefully get to play top challenger teams to learn from. Me myself, will be playing ADC for the team and I'm ready to give it my all. Shotcaller and coach will try to be looked for after the team is up and running.

Hopefully, It's not like a one time thing like you some experiences you may have had:

• Play placements, lose 1 game team disbands. -Play the first day one or two games, then cannot get people to play for days or weeks. -"Friends" join on the same team and become biased to each other. -People only playing champs for their playstyle and not for the team comp/synergy.
• People say they are "dedicated" and "committed" to the team but actually don't show up, play solo q/ don't show up or just can't make it cause of real life duties.
• Toxic team environment(every team has some issues, but more than usual)
• Just that one person who refuses to try and play as a team and plays it like solo q split pushing ALL the time going 1 for 1 causing the team to lose an objective.

So if you've been the reason one of the following above has happened to a previous team you've been on, please save yourself and the future team some time and don't bother trying to join the team. Let's get into requirements.

Requirements

-Diamond 3+(Please don't bother if you're under d3 regardless, I picked diamond 3 because that's what I think is the lowest rank is for consistent good players) ** -**17+ **-**Working Mic **-**Most played champs in solo q match the role you want to play(This means if you want to play to play mid lane. and you're most played is vi lucian and corki, don't bother) ** -**Able to play often during week at least(4-5 games each day we schedule if it's not everyday) ** -**Able to give criticism as well as take criticism ** -**Willing to duo q with teammates for matching synergy(i.e Mid+Jungle, Top+Jungle, ADC+Support) Not speaking negative comments during the game, criticism is for after the game( There's no hard feelings when we give each other criticism)

Goals

Honestly and realistically speaking to make sure there's no ridiculous false hopes. I just want the team to actually play enough together to where we have synergy, people are duo qing often. If we can actually stick together and get the team to Diamond, we will start joining go4lol's and any other side tourneys we can find. For the most part we will just spam 5s together and duo q until we can get to that level.
