Top/Jungle Main Looking for Ranked 5's team Plat+

I have over 100 games played in ranked 5's with a lot of different teams. I'm just looking for a team that will stick it out and climb rank. Hit me up in game for try out. I will play at a high level. Even when I lose lane, the champs I play are made for mid to late game. I play best in those time periods.
