LF Ranked Team (Silver)

Looking for a ranked team to play with and improve--I don't care what rank everyone else is so long as it is acceptable that I am Silver 3 and by no means a pro. I can play any role, but prefer not to play ADC (These days I main Mid, Top, and Support when I can get by with picking Soraka). I have Skype/Curse/TS3
