LF warmup and ranked group

Been awhile since I played, use to play with low gold g5 and high silver s1-s2 and would like to start playing again but would need a warmup and a position to practice Top = Malph, Maokai, Yorik Mid = Malz, Cassiopia, Galio Jungle = Xin Adc = Draven,MF,Sivir Support = Taric,Lulu
