Building Casual Team

I would like to build a team of friends that play together regularly. For now, I'd like to stay out of ranked because of a few reasons:

1. The team needs to learn each other's play styles.
2. We need to come up with strategies that work really well together.
3. We need to train each player to take any role. I'm really good at support and jungle, but really want to learn ADC and mid.
4. We need to learn from and build on each other's strengths and weaknesses.

Once all of this is accomplished, perhaps we could move into ranked. If anyone is interested, please just let me know. While playing, I prefer to be on Skype so that we can communicate quickly and effortlessly. My normal play time is after 7:00 pm and I am in the central time zone.
