Hello, I am Cragion, the captain of the sister team to Irreversible Impact. I am the Diamond III mid-laner for the team.

To start this off, I will talk about the dedications of Irreversible Impact - the sister team of the one I'm recruiting for here. Irreversible Impact has won many tournaments against high-level teams whom have achieved Challenger ranked 5's. and Irreversible Impact has done this multiple times; These results are expected for Impact Hazel (name is up for change). Furthermore, our sister team plays in tournaments almost every week, which is the same structure this team will have. We play 5-7 days a week (7 days a week is strenuous, so days-off are most likely going to be put in place). You must be able to play from 4 PM PST from Friday to Monday! We practice from 5 PM - 8 PM PST Tues through Thurs with potential flexibility on the schedule.

Outside of the schedule and the team as a whole, if you want to join the team you must be able to take criticism. What this means is that you, as a player, must be able to listen to responses from your teammates regarding your mistakes. The team will be like family and, thus, there will be no hostility towards other teammates. Remember, the team will never attack you. Additionally, along with criticism, you must be willing to broaden your champion pool to fit the team, as well as adopt the style of gameplay the team offers; For example, if the team is aggressive, then you must adopt champions, as well as a play style to accommodate this.

For applicants of the Top Lane, you must already be well-versed in aspects of the lane, for example using teleport for control over dragon or a potential skirmish. Picks that are solo que-esque (for example Teemo and Fiora) will have to be disregarded for the team's sake, as to allow an overall well developed composition. Also, meta picks will have to become standard/comfortable picks for you as a top laner.

For applicants of the Jungler position, you must be knowledgeable about the jungle by knowing meta-picks, objective control, warding, and lane pressure. Like top lane, you must not pick solo que-esque champions (for example Master Yi) because these picks are not team oriented. Knowing Lee Sin and Jarvan IV are imperative as they are two of the strongest current junglers in the game. Additionally, you must buy wards every game and provide global wards to the map for objective control, as well as to create awareness of the team to the enemy jungler. You must also know different ganking paths, such as through the lane or over walls, with certain champions (Lee Sin, Rek Sai, J4), to create pressure for our lanes.

If you need help to improve, you can always talk to me for help, so don't be worried. The team will be like a family!

Things to note are that we play in tournaments (which we frequently place well in) for RP, as well as are getting into a tournament with cash prizes. As a tryout, you will play in tournaments to get the feel of the team.

If you would like to try out, you must be over 17 years of age, have a mic, and be at least Diamond III in rank. Also, this is important, you must be able to play at least 5 days a week.
