Looking to make a semi serious/fun casual ranked team?

If you cannot play late at night.. around 10pm PST then don't bother... I am normally not home till 9pm pacific.. but I have today off. So we can play early today... but the normal schedule will be for 10pm Pacific on days we decide. Also, if you are just gonna rage or quit after a couple games.. don't bother.

Alright.. I'm going to give this a shot here. I've tried last season to make teams but after a couple games no one wants to play. I believe in structure when it comes to a team. Meaning let's keep to a schedule and play together. Now, If you are looking for a team that you are going to just rage quit after a couple losses, go ahead and hit the back button.. this will not be for you. Alright, now that that's outta the way.. let me explain what I am looking for.

I am looking for players who enjoy this game as much as I do, but can handle taking a loss. We learn from our losses more then we learn from wins. Ability to be vocal.. being quiet isn't going to make us any better. I wanna be able to take a loss and not have to worry about coming BACK to this and trying to find more people. I would enjoy having just a FULL 5 team.. no extras or none of that. I am looking for players who do not care about wins or losses and just want to grow and learn..

This season I am bronze 1.. I have not done as much solo q as i did last season. I was Silver 2 last season, I will at some point work my way up. I do not mind facing/playing people at higher ranks. Helps me learn.. and that is what I am all about. I understand that we will lose many games down the road, but when you are first playing with a team for the first time or first couple games you can't expect perfection. Lets be real here. We all solo q.. so we have that solo q mentality. We have to build synergy and learn how to work as a team.. instead of solo..

So, I am 26.. It would be nice to have a group of people around my age... if not it's cool.. as long as you are mature and have a sense of humor and will not quit after a couple games... If you are looking for a team that I AM wanting to stick together and play often.. then let's do it.
