Plat 3 ADC looking for ranked 5's (Serious/Casual)

Am currently looking for a ranked 5's team to be apart of for 2016. The team can be serious or casual, ill adapt to either mindsets as long as the team is serious about improving and climbing the ladder. Am a very competitive player, even if the game is friendly between friends/clans, I still play to win regardless. My job requires me to work 4 days, 10 hour days with Friday-Sunday off, rotating between Morning & Graveyard shift bi-weekly, more details about the schedule can be discussed but that is the short story of it, overtime shifts either happen on Friday mornings or Sunday nights (Like 1-2 hour shift). As soon as the season starts, Ill be aiming for Diamond so am always looking to improve.

Preferred Role: Marksmen (ADC) Preferred Marksmen: Lucian, Varus, Miss Fortune, Graves, Corki Notes:

1. I enjoy champions capable of bursting their target down
2. Am a fairly aggressive ADC, am always looking to trade/fight. Not scared to make plays!
3. Weak Point is probably CS'ing, while it isn't at all bad. I know it can always be better, my aggressive nature tends to make me miss too much CS at times. Something I am constantly working on balancing.

Being a sub for a team is acceptable too (Active team), due to my working hours it's hard to play any ranked 5's consistently. Am comfortable with Top/Supp as well so I could cover a few roles. Add me if you want to talk!
