Trying too make a serious ranked team for next season

Requirements:

1. Must be at least Silver 5
2. You have to have Skype, Teamspeak, or Curse (for team communication)
3. You must be online often and ready for games
4. Friendliness is an awesome trait too have
5. Play Seriously be Casual
