LF 3-4 players for Ranked Team

Hello, Validus Esports is looking for 3-4 more players to fill up the rosters for the Team 2 and to add another member or 2 for the Team 1 roster as a few on Team 1 are becoming more and more inactive due to different time zones. Team 2 is looking for a top/mid around gold-silver ELO. Team 1 is looking for 1-2 players that know either know the basics of every role to help fill in when needed, and an adc as our current one is (as stated earlier, becoming more inactive due to different time zones) around gold/silver ELO.

About Validus Esports: We are a new group of players that have recently started expanding deeper into the Esports scene, and plan on forming a community based organization that allows lower end ELO players such as ourselves (upper plat-lower bronze) to be something more. We will also be trying to pickup higher ELO players (lower end plats/diamond) in the future as an official competitive team. We are in the make of getting together a website, we have a teamspeak for more than enough players to join in, and members dedicated and willing to improve.

Please be over the age of 15, no ragers/complainers, please be able to attend team practices (8/9-12p.m EST excluding Thurs/Sat), and be able to take criticism well (everyone makes mistakes, it's part of the game), please have a working mic/headset with teamspeak installed.

P.S: Team 1 and Team 2 community teams are around the same ELO (Gold/Silver).
