LF Bronze-Plat Top Laner for Ranked 5's

Hiya! My ign is Punk3d and I'm the captain of a Ranked 5's team. Believe it or not, I've used the Boards before to hook up with my current team and a great group of players. Last season we were extremely consistent and performed well as a Ranked 5's team, although the top lane has always been a bit of an inconsistency for us. We've had a whole crew of players cycle through the position in large part to our scheduling. The four of us play together regularly and have helped one another to rise from Bronze-Silver to all being above Gold or better.

With the return of Ranked 5's, we're pretty stoked and are looking for a fifth member to fill our top lane role. Here is what we're looking for.

Team Requirements 18+ years old Positive Attitude (no flaming) Solid Vision Control (this is a big deal for me; solo laner's should always ward for themselves, especially when they are getting camped) Understand the current meta, read up on Patch Notes Understand Team Compositions Map Awareness *Curse Chat (Absolutely required. In game team communication is the most important facet of playing League of Legends imo) We play Saturday and Sunday nights, but we're also on throughout the week and are always up for duos/dynamic.

And here's the application. Every member of my team went through a small tryout to get into their role and it'll be no different this time around. We'll play a few games with you, see how you fit our play style, and then we'll make a decision.

Preferred Champions: Top 3 Comfort Picks Probably Trundle, Jax nasus/renekton (since they are very similar, just one is early game and the other is late game) Strengths: solid understanding of champions and items. Usually win my lane and i always, always try to help out my team. Winning is nice and important, but learning from your mistakes and growing with your team is paramount. Weaknesses: Could use better game mechanics and when to split push and engage (but that is more of whoever is shot calling or how well we communicate)

Availability: Monday – Friday from about 7:00PM to 11:00PM Mountain Time and basically whenever on Weekends.

I'll add you both and your tryout will be this Saturday if that works. We'll have you play 2-3 normals with the team to see if you're a good fit and then we'll make a decision, although I'm not ruling out the possibility of both of you being added to the roster.
