Looking to make a Silver Ranked Team; awkward people welcome.

Hi, my names Cliff. I'm 20 years old. I'm on the NA servers, EST time. I'm not the best socializer, but I'm a pretty normal, rational guy. I know the introduction might be a little odd, but I find that every time I try to join a team, the team does nothing but bitch at each other. So, I figured I'd start my own team.

No name as of yet, we can figure that out when we're a full 5 people. I'm looking for people who can solidly play at least three roles. This makes it easier for everyone, as you won't be stuck with one role all the time, we'll share roles, so long as you're comfortable and good in that role. I don't care about your age. I'm 20, so you should probably be within the 17-25 area. You can be outside of the range, as long as your comfortable talking to older/younger people. Having a mic is not a requirement, you can always just listen to us talk and then type your reply, but it was recommended.

I don't care how unorthodox your champion for a specific role is, whether it be Quinn top or Kennen support. I'm all about faith in the player's skills.

The only real requirement I have is that you don't be an ass after losing a game. Yes, I could very well throw the game, or it could be you. Either way, calling someone a 'r%%%%%' or 'idiot' doesn't help. Instead, tell me what I did wrong, or tell the jungler how YOU think he could have handled that better. In short, I want communication, respect, and maturity. Unless we're just clowning around and ribbing each other, then it is just a matter of watching what you say.

Schedule is very open. We can practice together and alone throughout the week and come together on the weekend to put our skills to the test against other teams.

I'm sorry if it seems like I don't have a lot to offer, or if the team doesn't sound like something you'd like to do. But I'd love to hang out with some new friends and play some awesome games.
