Looking for a solid 5v5 team to play with or join my ranked 3's? (silver+)

I am a silver solo player and am sick of going into solo q to have an afk all game or a guy who says "eh, its junst bronzes..." I normally solo gold 5 or silver 1 and am sick of getting demoted because ppl trying out new champs (to them) in a ranked game or not grouping or not pinging or not getting smite... so on and so forth. I Skype, curse voice, have played for many years, and understand timing and grouping. I have a 3v3 ranked team and am looking for daily players like myself, but also want to join a 5v5 team because that is where I excel.
