LFP Looking for duo partner

Live central time, i play lol almost everyday. need a partner to get outta bronze with cant carry the noobs i play with in solo que. I seriously have had real bad luck lately getting lots of noobs like this one nasus that didnt know what stacks were and even when told he didnt get stacks or when people decide to throw 1v3 or somthing like that. i seem to be getting people like this all the time i tell em but u cant really teach a noob new tricks.... :"( went froma 58% win rate promos to get to bronze 2 then i just got the worst people imaginable. even in normals i dont get people as bad as in ranked. i never rage (ingame anyways) i try to give people tips and stuff but to no avail :( oh another example of bad people was when i was a fed draven and the dam team surrendered........ even tho i could have carried them and we had almost all of our turrets still
