Hello, Arcane is an organization that for almost a year has utilized a full support staff, video recording review, scrims between its 2 teams, and a serious 5s atmosphere to increase both individual and team growth. This strategy has seen explosive and consistent growth in both of its 5s teams. The end goal of each team is to contend for the challenger series sometime in the near future, as well as make money from online tournaments and events.

Both teams contain their own: -General Manager -Head Coach -Schedule & Practice Doc / Stat sheets

Each month a practice schedule is released. This generally is 4 nights a week, around 4 hours each night. Players are expected to make most practices, and inform coaching staff 24 hours in advance if you can not.

In Arcane, there is no A or B team. The different teams are always competing to win during scrims, but they are treated the same by all staff.

Due to a series of personal and team events, the rosters of each team have taken a serious blow. The organization is now open to tryout strong replacements for the following position for each team:

Arcane Brutality -Head Coach -Asst. Coach -Analyst

General Requirements of Players: -Overall Positive attitude - being critical of teammates is fine - uneeded negativity is not. -Plat III+ -Available to practice solo-que as well as make practices -Willing to put effort both in and out of practice to become a better player -Most show noticeable improvement over sensible amount of time -Drive to win -If you make the team, you must add the "AF" or "AB" to your name within 2 weeks.

General Requirements of Management: -Advanced knowledge of the game -Ability to create a practice schedule based off team needs/schedules -Willing to be present for nearly every scheduled practice -Available before, and after scheduled practices -Maintain a respectful, mature, and professional composure -Ability to notice weaknesses at all points of the game -Know how to delegate certain responsibilities to each member of the team -Willing to work with what you have in your players, instead of looking to replace members -Maintain a calm a concise mentality
