[LFP] New Amateur e-Sports Organization [Divergent Gaming] Recruiting Staff Members!

About Us

** Divergent Gaming** is an** amateur e-Sports organization** that is set on the belief that everyone has the experience to be involved in a competitive environment. Divergent Gaming (DG) has a lot to offer! That including special roles on our staff or a player on one of our competitive teams.** DG is a serious organization**, but we are **gladly to welcome anyone who comes. ** We are currently in the process of building 5v5 competitive teams! That being said we are in need of staff positions and members to help us out! Divergent Gaming is planned to be a big organization something similar to how LCS teams are, but on the amateur side and maybe not as serious.

**Divergent Gaming Staff Recruitment **

Divergent Gaming is currently recruiting members for their staff! These positions range from a co-administrator position to a coach! The positions currently available apply below:

  • Co-Administrators
  • Coaches
  • Analysts
  • Scouting Members
  • Moderators
  • Streamers
  • Casters
  • Graphic Designers
  • Website Designer

Divergent Gaming Staff Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Must be very mature and serious
  • Must be committed to their staff position or role in Divergent Gaming
  • Must be able to have Discord Downloaded
  • ** Must be willing to take constructive criticism and constructive criticism**
  • Must be willing to help grow the Divergent Gaming organization and sacrifice time

Note: Being part of the Divergent Gaming staff is completely volunteer, but will have rewards and incentives in the future!

make the logo itself bigger and the gap between the arm/face Have Divergent then slightly off centre starting around the V have Gaming.

that or have it in the same space but Divergent starting at the M above gaming and have it diagonal following the tounge.

or have Divergent in the gap and gaming underneath but the logo itself incasing some of the Divergent lettering (about half or 1/4 and a half) and have gaming in smaller text underneath. ending at the t so its all in line.

sorry the logo is unbalanced and is winding me up, I'm a designer

Hello there! Thanks for the helpful information! Divergent Gaming is currently looking for a Graphic Designer and if you are interested then please contact me back through the forums. Of course pay will be endorsed with the designs that he/she makes for Divergent Gaming, but that will be listed as mention or asked. Any other tips or helpful information is always wanted. no problem and sure i'd be interested, i'm passionate about Esports so pay through recognition is fine by me.

How about i re-design your logo how i think it should laid out?

as it stands to me theres not much potential for merchandise, assuming you get to that point in the future you would want to me ready, by not much potential i mean the set-up, layout and quality of the design, it doesn't scream Esports the way it is now and the way the Esports designs are going (simple, smart, instantly recognisable to a brand)

that being said, my point is, how about i have my ''interview'' so to speak with showing you what i can do, and what i would do for you? the only question i would have is does it need to be a dragon? and why? and is the colour scheme you have specific and set or can i play around with it?

just an idea, i don't expect you to just ''hire'' me without some sort of showcase so to speak and perhaps even if you hate anything it may help your brand direction.

Hello there once again! Because you are in Europe our times are very different. I'm not to sure when you will be avaiblable my time, but I am very interested as said before to get in contact with you about our logo and potential payments. Of course I will need to know a few things about you and your designs, but besides that I think we should work out some sort of deal! The Divergent Gaming Discord Link is in the forums post above. i will add you on discord tonight, my kid was rather a handful at the weekend or id of got back sooner.

  • the time difference i don't think would be a problem i think its -5hours difference so 9am for you would be 2pm for me, etc, anywho I'm constantly checking my emails, Skype and Discord as i use them for clients as it stands, we'll have a chat on discord once i add/both on.
