Team LF Mid and ADC Tryouts Tonight

Hello I'm Cronenberged, looking to start a team again, we are looking for a Mid and ADC.

Rules:

You must have Discord and a working microphone of, at least, decent quality. If we can't hear you during game, you will not get very far with us.
DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR HIGHER THAN GOLD (Only looking for people at gold and maybe high silver, we will be doing LCS type leagues so plat and above won't be allowed to play with gold)
No smurfs needed or wanted
its a gold team , we love to play competitive and like to tryhard, we will learn and grow together as much as we can.
Main your role.

Team practices are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays - 8:15PM Eastern (NA) times. Attendance is required at least 10 minutes before the start of practice. Failure to do so will result in warnings and/or kicks from the team. It's a game, games are fun, we get that, but this is a competitive team and practices are meant for focus on development and growth as a team and as individual players.

If so, explain: Yes, I have done several leagues and subbed for a lot of friends in leagues and tournaments How often do you rage/tilt in your games: Very very rarely, if at all Your greatest strength: Lane control, positioning and team fighting Your greatest weakness: Playing from behind, depending mostly on the situation though What would you bring to the team: Shot calling (if needed), a dedicated player and a very strong lane presence Why do you want to join a team: To play in a more competitive scene. I have pretty much stopped playing solo Q and team games are pretty much the only fun part of league.

Can you make our schedule reliably: Yes. I am in the military so barring any training exercises I am available.

**Do you have any prior experience in teams? If so, explain: **Yes, in college I was the mid lane main for my team. We won our tournament against 7 other teams. Competition was Gold level.

**How often do you rage/tilt in your games: ** I do not unless I am being purposefully trolled.

Your greatest strength: I understand every single champion in the game and their capability. I have over 1K ranked games this season. I also focus heavily on enemy jungler position by knowing their route / observing the mini map approximately every 8 seconds. ** Your greatest weakness: Tendency to carry 2 wards / not upgrade my trinket as much as I should. ** What would you bring to the team: I am a lane - dominant focused player. My goal is to put the enemy mid-laner behind as much as possible at the expense of roaming. If I fall behind to an early cheese gank I tend to roam.

Why do you want to join a team: I miss the competitive focus and growth of teammates that I had in college.

Not with people I haven't met before. Used to run flex 5 teams with people in season 6. How often do you rage/tilt in your games: Not at all, expecially when I know I can only get better. Your greatest strength: Great at dueling in the laning phase, getting early kills and pressure to other lanes Your greatest weakness: Applying vision consistently outside my own lane What would you bring to the team: A positive attitude that just enjoys being able to succeed in group styles and will lift up our team at out best and at our worst. Why do you want to join a team: Solo/duo places restraints on communication for a team, i prefer to be able to speak freely and set up great strategies not offered through solo/duo. If so, explain: Played on several teams in the past as well as coached high elo teams. How often do you rage/tilt in your games: Depends on how inebriated I am.
