Looking for 3's Ranked Team

Alright so I know many people don't play Twisted Treeline but I am looking for a some people to play some ranked 3s with. I strongly suggest that we have a way to communicate such as Curse Voice. Preferably Gold and Silver players. We will play some normal's to get used to each others playstyles and then set into some ranked games.
