LF coach for Serious ranked 5s team

Looking for a Consistent coach in which he is very vocal with myself and the team. I myself analyze most of my footage and spend90% of my time doing reasearch on compositions, strategies and etc. But being the captin of the team , I feel having a coach will relieve alot of stress but allow me to focus on indivual skill and will help me better myself and make this team more of an organized team.
