ADC Main Looking For A Serious 5-Man Dynamic Queue Team

I'm an ADC main, Silver 4, and I'd like to join a team to climb in dynamic queue. Would prefer a consistent play schedule and voice comms. I am also a good shotcaller. Comment below if you want to join something like this or you are looking for an ADC.
