Need Regular Playing Team

I need a team of 5. I main support but when it comes to ranked I am not the best because either my adc isnt up to par OR the opposing adc or support is way above par. I would like to form a team that I can play with regularly. A team to practice with and get some coordination going and hopefully end up gold players or higher. The team needs to be willing to communicate quiet regularly and even skype in the future. I am hoping to enter world tournaments but I cant if U cant improve myself. So why not improve together?
