Looking to create a ranked 5's team to climb the ladder, Silver 5 and up

I would like for the mid laner, jungler, and support players to have shotcalling experience as one of them will be designated as the team's in-game shot caller. Ranked 5's experience is highly preferred. Team members must also have analytical abilities- able to review games to decide what needs improved on and focus on strengths and work to improve weaknesses. I am looking for players that will get along well and not be harsh on each others mistakes (they will happen) However mistakes WILL be pointed out and it is YOUR responsibility to acknowledge and correct them in the future. I also ask you to be consistent. At LEAST go even in lane the majority of the time. for instance, A top laner that consistently loses lane will be replaced.
