This post is aimed towards forming a team that unified. The least amount of effort way to do this is by showing up and getting games in together. That's the requirement along with meeting these elo/division reqs. Your strategy to avoid getting kicked off is either staying quiet or when you do talk it's saying something uplifting or enlightening. Gossiping, being negative, and causing confusion, these things are toxic. By sending a friend req you're agreeing to these things and are interested in playing/joining. It's also how to join. Showing up and practicing that is.

Communication does open up the opportunity to form deeper bonds within a unit. It's capable of tearing down or being discordant too though.

Whenever there's a problem in your opinion you're able to talk about it in person with the source and where it's coming from. Resolving problems breaks down walls and helps the relationship progress which is a good thing.
