Looking to create or join a team. Just tired of playing alone

I'm kind of tired of playing alone, losing every other game because people don't communicate or listen. So I'm trying to see if anyone want to put together a casual 5's team or if I could join a team. I'm 23 and located in the Midwest (Central -6) I play between 12pm and 5pm (Full time 6 day job) everyday and all day n night on Tuesdays-Wednesday.

I play Top and jungle occasionally mid.

I main Irelia, Vi, Jax and veigar.
