LOL game club india! how do i start the club?

hey im from whistling woods animation dept. based in filmcity, mumbai. We have gaming parties quite often and we just found out about uLOL and i believe it will damn cool if we can start a LOL club in India for college guys. Especially if we get to challenge players from other states or colleges this could be a whole new e-sports lead. i need ideas to pitch it to my HOD so any thoughts on it guys?
