Need To Get Back To Gold

As the title says I need to get back into gold.

Got this guy into gold, played like 5 games only lost 1.

But he is taking time off and/or is not on as much, all he wanted was gold, I think he is done.

Problem is I dropped to Silver 2, hate to be that guy but it was my team.

Support/Jungle Main.

59% winrrate with Udyr Average of 3 deaths win Janna but 52% winrate because team. (Again, hate to be that guy but you can't carry 4 people)

I need at least one other consistent person to play with. Just want to get back into gold. Add if interested, we can talk more after.
