Creating a serious Ranked 5's team

Looking for Top/Jung/ADC/Support: Hey guys, im looking for players who want to win. I want to start a team where the members are willing to communicate through out the game and are willing to work through problems. If a few games go sour I don't want people to back out. Those people are quitters, to be quite frank. In time I would be looking to get some tournament time nothing to major but just to get into the scene. The requirements are that you have to either be in gold(or higher) or were in gold(or higher) last season, no exceptions.
