Plat 3 Mid lane looking for team that is organized. Tournaments-scrims what ever.

I live in central time: I live in Chicago I know i'm not Diamond and people still beat me( occasionally) only real way is if I get hard counter'd or camped. I know that there is ways around that or the simple ( ward better) but i need a constant reminder and a decent amount of help because the higher you climb the more you realize its a 2v2. I try to stick to 6 Champions for season 8 and from those six I have 3 groups, 2 champions each. Each group of two have a specified purpose for the game for 3 main team compositions I am willing to play to what the team needs and have enough experience for teams to play around me. I am looking for a team with Plat 2+ that could not only help me but create me as a weapon that can help me improve and for me to bring you guys wins. My schedule is usually open, I have a job with not that many hours and currently in college. Team also must like to play pretty often ( twice a week) and at least 2 Tournaments a month.
