Noob Player LF friends/team to Play With and Learn

What's up guys, so I am relatively new to League of Legends and I am completely hooked, I came from playing WoW for the past 10 years and got tired of it. My summoner level is only 22 but I am getting up there and trying to become a better player. I don't have the many RL friends who play and always queue up alone. I am looking for some chill guys to play with and show me the ropes, I am a fast learner. I have Skype, Curse, Vent, etc. If anyone/team is interested in playing with and teaching a noobie like myself, please hit me up.
