Silver 3 Top/Support looking for 5's team

I just want to play in a decent 5's team. Other ranked teams I have played on consisted of bad bronze players or had very inconsistent play times. I have skype, and would not mind even being a sub for a role. I can play all roles, but I have a terrible mid champ pool (that should be irrelevant though, as I only want the lanes listed).
