Silver 5 Main Sup, LF team or ADC for duo: Min Tier Silver

Hey as it says in title, I main support currently silver 5. I am best with Janna, however pretty good with Leona/Taric and Tahm. I had taken almost a year and half break from league however got back into it last week and now doing better then before I left lol. I decided I would be interested in trying out for a team, and if no team currently wants me, I am also looking for a ADC main silver tier or higher to Duo and climb with.

I have yet to play flex, and not interested in ARAM.
