Looking for serious silver/Gold team

I am currently silver 2 at the moment and in a search of a team. I can play every role proficiently and mechanically well and have overall very good stats on all of them but am looking to improve more My strenghts in each role Top: Cho,Mundo,vlad Mid: Cho,lux,Malz Jungle: Yi,ww,noc Adc: Twitch,jinx,ashe Support: soraka,nami,morg Have mic and can openly play most of the time, have strong communication, not all for raging but for improving with my ownself and with teammates if possible Current IGN: Altryun

add myself and skillkapped in game, we are looking to start a team. We are looking for people who are willing to work together and stay a team for a long time in order to increase our teamwork. We plan on getting the team into weekend tournaments as soon as possible.
