Looking for ADC/TOP/MID/JG for ranked and normal 5v5

Hello my name is Kianna, Summoner name is BlazingAngels27. I am a main support and have been for years however I can play all lanes and lane switches are negotiable. I am looking to create a ranked team dedicated to playing often with the intent of making it to championships someday soon. I am looking for an ADC, MID, TOP, JG and backups for each role as well in case the mains are not available. This will be an English speaking team and from the NA server. To apply please fill out the application below and send me a friend request on League. You can also send the answers to the application through League for a faster response. Once I recieve enough applications I will host tryouts to see how we all play together. (Please leave salt in Dota 2) I will also tell you what my top three mains are for each lane.

Adc: GGGGGGGGF or Tempest Blade Jg: ITSRUSSGUSSS or ZEROANDBOSS Mid: TEMPEST BLADE (if you don't get adc and perform better than SEOLMI or have more availability) or SEOLMI Top: KING OF THE RIFT or ZEROANDBOSS (if you don't get jg and perform better than KING OF THE RIFT or have more availability to play)
