Looking for G+ players that are willing to grow as a team

EDIT Due to an overwhelming amount of interest please post on here from now on with IGN and role

A duo buddy of mine and I have been going at solo Q for a while with a lot of success in synergy, but at the same time the grind through leavers, trolls and people that simply dont know what they are doing is really frustrating, I'm throwing this out there to see if there is any interest from dedicated people with good mechanics.

I'm looking for people that know their stuff but at the same time can laugh and have fun. We play adc and support but let me know what your best roles are and we might be able to figure something out.
