Looking to coach a dedicated team

Hi, my name is Colin Shanahan aka (TSM Ezio), yes I am a big TSM fan. I have been coaching league of legend teams off and on since season 3. Most of the teams i have coached for have been from silver to gold tier. A large amount of my coaching experience comes from the coaching of my collegiate team in the circuits known as: Ivylol and Lolstarleague. This experience of working with a team in person instead of online has given me experience and knowledge that I believe a lot of coaches are missing when they are working with teams online.

What I hope to accomplish for your team:

1. Take a team and help to develop a stronger understanding of macro level strategy while also improving a individuals players understanding of their lane/position.
2. Discuss a teams goals. Do you want to take your silver team to diamond, develop a mutual understanding between me and your team to help both parties be on the same page.
3. Help develop a strategy/strategies that work well for your team.
4. And finally to improve your team cohesion and communication as a whole.

I am a silver 1 player, I do not play the game a whole lot. I prefer to study and analyze the game then play it. If my elo is making you doubt my ability to preform as a coach, I do understand. Though some of the best analysts and coaches in league of legends i.e. imls, montechristo, etc. are not challenger level players, but yet have been asked to coach LCS teams.
