The best thing you can do is record all your games and then go back and watch it over like your watching someone else play the champion your playing and write down when you see mess ups.

There are a bunch of videos here all well done that will go in depth and explain alot about laning trading ect. Check them out.
There are a ton of analysts around as well as coaches once you have 3-5 games saved of you adc in ranked id re post and look for someone to go over them for you.
