Prev. Silver 3 player looking for Ranked team

Sup guys, I've been playing league on and off for about 1-2 years now and I want to join a ranked team. I didn't play much last season but in S3 I was silver 3. I'm good at everything except ADC (my last hits suck), but I primarily do Top, Jung and Mid or Braum/Zilean support. Looking for mature helpful people who want to improve their skills.
