I need of a Top/Jg/Sup Gold + (Trying to be serious for le season 5)

Howdy Guys I am not too much to judge someone else because everyone has room to improve, but I would like to keep the ranking at least gold+. Like the title says we need a top laner and a support. We would play about 3 times a week not including tournaments that we plan to participate in. Must have teamspeak and or mic.
