Hello,

My name is Gangstur, I am an ADC that is currently looking for players to join me in creating a team that plans on progressing. My current goals with creating this team are as followed:

Ulitimate Goal: To create an established team that will be tournament ready, and win various tournaments while our players are at the most optimal level of play.

Minimum Goal: To ensure that all players leaving learn something during the experience of this team, and to 'get their feet wet' into tournament experience if haven't done so already.

I have had previous tournament experience in multiple games, (Cod4, Cod:BO, SoF2, LoL) and from that experience as a player have the knowledge and ability to compete in that atmosphere. I am looking for players equal or greater than my skill level to help me achieve the maximum potential that I can play so that I can make this possible. With that being said, I am looking for certain qualities of players while recruiting for 'PhoBia'.

General Requirements:

Must have at least achieved Gold Rating during Season 4. Must have Ts3 with a Microphone ready to use. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to play during the Night starting around 4:00 PM PST (7:00 PM EST) "The scheduled will be subject to change while the team is forming"

What I'll be looking for:

The ability to communicate at all points during the game. The ability to construct players without aggression/harassment. Players who understand that everyone makes mistakes INCLUDING themselves. Players who understand their role to it's entirety. Players who although know how they are sufficient, also back it up with numbers/mechanics. Players who have a flexible (but not empty) schedule.

UPDATE: We have found at the least a sub for our bot lane, still looking for all roles.

We have scheduled players to play at 7:00 EST tomorrow, i'm currently looking for backups in case the others do not show up though, so keep posting and if I don't get ahold of you today I will contact you tomorrow.

This is the bump for the morning, we are still indeed looking for all players. Please feel free to add me, and I will be responding to posts and scheduling tryouts at 6:00 PM EST. In case our sub (Sinful Seven) doesn't show up to help speculate tryouts, we will still need a support to fill his spot.

Im a silver 2 mid as of right now and am hitting gold by the end of the year a couple weeks ago i was s5 and that was casual play
