[NA] [Serious] [Plat 1+] [Looking for MID,JG,Supp] [Ranked 5v5]

Hey guys and girls im Josh, IGN No Gank No Life, and im looking to create a serious team to both climb ranked 5v5 ladders and preform in tournaments.
Positions on the team right now are, Top- Cocoa Peanuts Jungle- [Free] Middle- [Free] AD Carry- No Gank No Life Support- [Free]

We are looking to create a very strong team and both climb our solo q and ranked 5's ranks by the skill we gain playing together. I want to commit about 2-3 hours a day in playing ranked 5's and over weekends more time obviously but also strategy calls and game reviews. We want to hit at least Gold In Promos Preferably plat however we would like to get plat ASAP. Overall our goal would be high Diamond 2/3 and ultimatly get to become a D1 to Master team and maybe one day become Challenger. This is a lot to ask for and a huge commitment, if you have nothing productive to say please don't say it and also if you know you cannot play the position well please font apply because we will be playing against higher elo and all of the players that will be recruited will need to able to preform at a high level regardless of rank.
