JG main lf team to help climb

I'm currently B4 and struggling to climb. I started playing LoL about 3 months ago and upon leveling to 30 I placed in B2. Since that time I've struggled trying to find the role and champs the suited me best.

I fell in love with the first champ I ever bought, Volibear, when I was still leveling. I've become very comfortable in the jungle role and feel that's where i can serve a team best.

I've been improving more and more with each game I play but still can't seem to make any progress, or even keep myself from falling lower. I make my fair share of mistakes, but recently I have been working on being less aggressive and chasing kills (which i believe was my biggest fault).

More recently, i have been doing very well individually in my ranked games but still cant seem to win consistently. I dont blame my team mates for it because even if someone was feeding, its my responsibility as the jungler to try and prevent that. LoL is a team oriented game, so its my opinion that 5 people either win or lose a game together.

I'm looking for someone or a group that wants to consistently play together and climb up to gold+. I don't want a carry, just folks that understand strategies, will eork together, not rage, and can help each other learn.

I know i have worlds of improvement before i can play at high level elos. I'm willing and able to learn, so I'd like some help to help me identify my pitfalls and improve on them.

I play Monday - Friday for a couple of hours a night (mostly around 9pm EST), as well as on the weekends at random hours. My best jungle champs are Volibear and Rammus. I was playing Vi but I seem to play too aggressively on her, and end up feeding more times than not, so I'm getting away from playing her. I'm going to start trying some Gragas jungle this weekend as well, because his playstyle seems to suit me well.

Edit: i enjoy Volibear top as well where i feel i do fairly well but i dont have a large top lane champ pool. I also think I'm decent in the Supp role with Braum, and can play a bit of Leona / Alistar there too. However, I dont enjoy the Supp role as much as I do jungling.
