Competitive Tournament/Scrim Team Looking for Diamond+ Support Main

Hi, Im Drift King Azir. I'm creating a team for tournaments and competitive gameplay. We'll have 3-5 practices per week during the afternoon. You'll need to be on for all practices so that we can improve and actually win the tournaments we enter. The goal of this team is not just to compete in these tournaments, or to place top 5, We're going to win. We have a team consisting of all D4+ Players ranging to high Diamond 1 MMR. I'm also really open to criticism and advice from others. My schedule is also pretty flexible, so I should have no problems being on to play.
