Perfect Strategy Gaming LF ADC

We're a ranked 5's team from last season looking to recreate our roster, and the only role we still need to fill is ADC. We're looking for a positive person that can communicate well. Rank isn't as important as those two traits, but you should be higher than silver AT LEAST and expect to be playing against Plat level players, due to 3/5's of our team being low Plat/high Gold.
