Looking for Solid Mature Plat+ Duo

hello. The name is Pulse Rate. Or my real name is Justin. I am 25. Very mature. Well rounded league player finding it hard to climb elo this season. I feel the season reset was rough this year. I am finding it very hard to solo climb out of gold and back into plat. I am a Mid/Top main who spent many years before playing jungle and adc.

I am looking for a duo who is very skilled, mature, and willing to put in the time and effort to climb into plat an then even further towards diamond.
