Looking for a competitive flex team.

I am currently silver 5 because i do not rank often however my mmr for normal games is silver 3. i usually get queued with silvers, golds and plats every normals game but i recently wanted to join a serious team for flex queue.and since the new competitive mode comes out soon i figured it would be a perfect time to join a team. im an ADC MAIN, however i am adequate at top and jungle and can play tanks/carry champs if necessary.
