Plat Top Laner looking for a team

My champ pool currently consists of Shen, Gragas, Jax, Garen, Cho Gath, Renekton, Nautilus, Wu Kong. I am open to learning more as need be. I try to be very map aware, and watch for needed TPs. I try and get a feel for the matchup in lane, and either be aggressive or passive depending on the feel.
