ADC Main LF Support - Read

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read my post! I am looking for a support to play with on the regular, whose like-minded easy-going and has a deep champion pool. I want to find someone whose willing to learn and practice and talk strategy, get chemistry with then eventually join a team. I am smart, adaptable and I know I have a ton of potential. I just need to find someone I have synergy with and I feel like I can go far.

Is it so much to ask to have a support that understands when it's okay to be aggressive, and notices the little details. In example, we hit level 2 first so we go aggressive while we have a window. Or a support that automatically wards constantly keeping good vision, more importantly in late game.
