Looking for high elo ADC to practice my support with in normals.

I used to main support and I switched to adc and I feel like I already reached my peak. So i'm switching back to support and looking to improve. I don't want to play with random adc's in soloque so it would be nice to have someone who has ADC eperience to give me input on what I could improve on.
