LF High Gold/Plat top laner for competitive team play

Hi, welcome to ESG Nightfall! We are the senior team in an organization featuring 4 other sister teams all of different ranks. Nightfall is the plat/gold ranked team and we are looking to pick up a top laner for future competitive play. We plan on starting competition as soon as we fill the spot. Qualifications we are looking for in the position include: Ability to play both carry focused and utility focused top lane champions Comprehensive understanding of champions/match-ups in their champ pool Ability to communicate roams, teleport/ flash timers Comfortable and knowledgeable in split push tp plays Be able to have both coach-able and insightful approaches to team ran post game discussion Fun but with a desire to win
