[LFG] Top main looking for a team to to improve along with. Peaked G1 last season

Hello, you can call me Oreo. I am a top lane main that peaked at Gold 1 during the 2014 season. That was my first year playing so I am a very fast learning and adaptive player. I have a diverse champion pool and can adapt to a team's needs game by game. I am a 16 guy who has a strong desire to improve at this game and i believe that working in a team will be one of the best ways for me to do so. I have a large amount of knowledge about this game but have a hard time putting it all into practice. I am aware of a few of my own short comings such as focusing too hard during lane phase and not paying attention to my own wards, I also push my lane quite frequently and am vulnerable to ganks. I am a player who strives to make opportunities for my teams to take advantage of even if it means sacrificing whatever i need too. I have a strong presence in my own lane and will look to use my teleport to aid the team whenever possible, i also attempt to keep vision through the top half of the enemy jungle if i am ahead.
